The holidays are almost here and eating healthfully during this time of year can seem difficult, but it doesn’t have to! With a few small simple changes, holiday favorites can become healthier and still be pleasing to the taste bud of relatives and friends. It is very common to see a wide array of appetizers set out at holiday parties. Perhaps some of the most common foods are corn chips and salsa, cheese and crackers and various other snack goods. Check out this quick and easy healthy switch:

Potatoes
