Recipe: SOFRITO (Puerto Rican Seasoning)

SOFRITO
(Puerto Rican Seasoning)

1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
2 teaspoons dried oregano

1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth.

Servings: 1 cup
